Joseph A. Brier, DMD
Dr. Brier's life outside of dentistry revolves around his wife, Kate, and their two sons, Sam and Luke. He loves playing sports with his boys and reading books together. An avid St. Louis Cardinals and Kansas City Chiefs fan, he can also be seen sporting black and gold before all Mizzou football games.
Experience
Dr. Brier completed the Pre-Health Post-Baccalaureate program at San Francisco State University in San Francisco, California, before obtaining his dental degree, of which he graduated with honors in Dentistry for the Medically Complex.
Dr. Brier is a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry (FAGD), and only 6% of dentists have achieved this designation in North America. To earn this award, a dentist must complete at least 500 continuing dental education hours, pass a rigorous and comprehensive exam, and maintain AGD membership. Dr. Brier has taken advanced courses in endodontics, clear aligner therapy, restorative dentistry, removable prosthodontics, and more. Dr. Brier is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry and the American Dental Association.
